All directors give their time on a voluntary basis and devote on average 10 hours each month for the benefit of the BID and Winchester. Further working groups and a BID committee have formed to focus on specific aspects of the BID plans. These will include groups to look at crime and disorder, street scene, marketing and events, and Christmas. If you feel passionately about any of these issues we would welcome your involvement in these committees.
